I was delighted by how the hotel upgraded our room to a family suite. It was like a warm embrace. the variety at dinner was amazing, and the staff always ensured cleanliness was a top priority. It felt super clean! the staff displayed kindness everywhere, especially at the reception.

during my stay, securing an umbrella by the pool proved to be quite a challenge, and i had to arrive early. this sometimes disrupted the peaceful start to the day.

The amazing outdoor crossfit area caught my attention. I really liked the equipment it offers. it included racks, barbells, kettlebells, air bikes, and even rope climbs which was an active dream. someone monitored sun-bed usage and warned you, if you didn't return in an hour.

the rooms was ok. the room were big enough and clean. the pools are really good with a good temperature. i didnt expected a crip, but it was in the room when i arrived!

the \"junior suite\" had a fantastic view but were very tired in places. the indoor pool were in poor condition.

Clean and Convenient Stay

clean stay warm staff variety of spirits

The hotel was very clean. The staff were warm and cute. The food and drinks were good. I was upgraded to all inclusive and found the variety of spirits excellent. The dinner options were simple but there were good sauces, marinades and salads. These additions allowed for customization to my taste.

The sun loungers were insufficient. People queued early to secure a lounger. More loungers are necessary. Bali beds were fully booked, but unoccupied.
